missingWrote a review on 10 Decfriendly staffpoor room designlack of utensils
The staff were accommodating and friendly during my stay.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. First, the room design was poorly executed, making it difficult to navigate around the bed and desk area. I found it frustrating that ice wasn't complimentary, and having to pay for it just felt wrong. There was also a lack of basic utensils in the room, which caused inconvenience during my stay.

Great central location with excellent service
I enjoyed my stay in a Duplex Suite, where I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable, oversized bed that ensured restful nights. The helpful concierge staff went above and beyond, even offering early check-in and assistance with transportation without any hassle. the location directly across from the Emsphere mall made it convenient for dining and shopping. it would be great if the breakfast options were more varied and warm.

Bangkok vibes 🌆✨
The staff were super friendly, helped us out with local spots, and even treated us to some nice fruit on arrival! The rooftop pool was perfect for a late afternoon dip and chilling after a busy day. Location? Right across from a massive new mall, so shopping was a breeze!
The aircon was flipping noisy, made it hard to catch some z's at night.

I really enjoyed my stay in a Duplex Suite, where I was spoilt with ample space and a mighty comfy bed! The view over the bustling city was grand, though I must say the cleaning could do with a wee bit more attention.

the breakfast was only for one person—absolutely, absurd. And don’t get me started on the checkout. it took ages because the staff was completely unprepared. Honestly, I almost left a great review, but I never got my complimentary drink, so here we are, stuck with this farce of a stay.

i had a fantastic stay at the s31 sukhumvit. the location was perfect, just across from the emsphere mall in the heart of the phrompong area. the pool area was amazing, and i really enjoyed relaxing outside with a drink. the helpful staff made check-in feel special, similar to an executive style experience.
the only mild critique would be that breakfast could have more variety.

had a fantastic view over the shopping centre, the service from the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room was super comfy with a nice touch like bathtubs. it was also great that they took our bags directly to the room, made our arrival easy. breakfast was good too, with a nice selection available.
but the shower amenities were kinda hard to use and the water pressure wasn't great. also, the sound from outside was pretty annoying at night.
